ORDER
Magistrate Judge Ellis having filed an Amended Report and Recommendation on March 6, 2006 (the "Amended Report"), and no objection thereto having been received, and it appearing that the Amended Report is not facially erroneous, the Amended Report is adopted and plaintiffs MCI Worldcom Network Services, Inc. and Sprint Communications Company will recover of defendant $1,421,648.86 and $591,615.88, respectively, with prejudgment and postjudgment interest at the rate of nine percent per annum.
