ORDER
Alina I. Marshall, Judge
This case is currently calendared for the Court's December 16, 2024, Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session. The Court advises the parties that they should explore whether they wish to settle the case, be diligent about preparing this case for trial if it cannot be settled, and considering any alternate resolution. They should be appropriately responsive with one another (by telephone, email, or any other appropriate means), cooperative and communicative with their opponent, promptly exchange documents and information, and review the Court's Standing Pretrial Order, served July 26, 2024, to ensure their readiness for the trial session. Premises considered, it is
ORDERED that petitioners and respondent shall, immediately upon receipt of this Order (but no later than October 7, 2024), confer with one another regarding the current status of this case, exchange relevant documents and information that are currently available, and ensure that both parties have current contact information for one another for the purpose of developing this case for trial or other resolution. It is further
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before October 21, 2024, file with the Court a joint report if possible, or separate reports if necessary, in which the parties shall describe (1) the status of this case, (2) their efforts to settle this case or otherwise narrow the scope of issues for trial, and (3) whether they have had any difficulties communicating with the opposing party.
The parties are advised that, if their contact information has changed, they should update their information with the Court as soon as possible to ensure timely service of documents and other communications from the Court.
