Appeal pursuant to Fla.R.App.P. 9.141(b)(2) from the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County; Jack Espinosa, Jr., Judge.


Michael A. McEachern appeals the summary denial of his motion to correct illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). We affirm the trial court's order without prejudice to McEachern's right to file a rule 3.800(a) motion in the trial court including as attachments the documents he filed in this court as part of his supplemental brief. See Bain v. State, 784 So.2d 1168 (Fla.2d DCA 2001).

Affirmed.
