In an action for a judicial separation, the defendant husband appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 22, 1961, which granted plaintiff wife, pendente lite: (1) $75 a week for the support and maintenance of herself and their two minor children; (2) a counsel fee of $500; (3) exclusive use and occupancy of the marital premises with all carrying charges to be paid by the defendant; and (4) custody of said minor children subject to defendant's right of visitation. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Beldock, P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Hill and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
