We REINSTATE this appeal.
We abated this appeal for the trial court to make findings concerning three missing exhibits. We received the trial court's findings on September 7, 2023, and the court reporter filed the reporter's record, including those exhibits, on September 11, 2023.
Pursuant to the trial court's order of September 7, 2023, the unsealed clerk's record was due to be filed in this Court on September 8, 2023. As of the date of this order, the clerk's record has not been filed. We ORDER the clerk's record filed on or before SEPTEMBER 22, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, and counsel for all parties.
