The petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby denied because petitioner raises the same issues as in McCray v. McDonough, Case No. SC07-898 in which the petition was denied. Cf. Topps v. State, 865 So. 2d 1253 (Fla. 2004). All other pending requests for relief are hereby denied.
