Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge

When this case was called from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at San Diego, California on October 23, 2023, there was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and made an oral Motion for Continuance with the Court. Respondent advised that it appeared that the parties were close to resolving all issues in this case.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's oral Motion for Continuance is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall submit settlement documents or in the alternative file a status report (joint or separate) on or before December 5, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
