ORDER
¶1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice Madsen and Justices Johnson, Fairhurst, Wiggins, and Gordon McCloud, considered at its November 1, 2016, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.
¶2 IT IS ORDERED:
¶3 That both Petitions for Review are denied. The City of Vancouver's Motion to Strike Appendix C to the petition for review filed by C.P.M. and C.C.M. is granted. The Respondents' joint motion to strike portions of C.P.M. and C.C.M.'s reply to the answer to the petition for review is also granted.
