Under the proofs in this case the questions of plaintiff's freedom from contributory negligence and defendant's negligence were questions for the jury. Judgment of the County Court of Kings county reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event. Jenks, P.J., Burr, Thomas, Carr and Rich, JJ., concurred.
