ORDER AMENDING OPINION

IT IS ORDERED that the opinion filed on March 16, 1999, is amended as follows:

Page 7, line 5 [column 2, paragraph 1 of page 1032 of 975 P.2d] (first sentence) shall be amended to read:

"Officer Bolster arrested Mr. McBride pursuant to RCW 10.31.100(2)(b), the domestic violence section."

Page 9, paragraph 1, line 8 [column 1, line 28 of page 1033 of 975 P.2d], shall be amended to read:

"The self-defense claim did not vitiate probable cause and the officer had a mandatory duty to arrest pursuant to the domestic violence section in RCW 10.31.100(2)(b)."
