ORDER
Michelle M. Rick Presiding Judge The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.
The motion to dismiss the claim of appeal is also GRANTED. Because the claims in appellee's countercomplaint have not been disposed no final order under MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i) has been entered in this case since no order has been entered disposing of all the claims of all the parties. Accordingly, neither the June 28, 2021 order granting summary disposition to appellee as to the claims in appellant's complaint nor the September 16, 2021 order denying reconsideration of the earlier order is a final order appealable of right. MCR 7.203(A). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a delayed application for leave to appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
