A partial history of this litigation may be found in the following official reports: 249 App. Div. 911; 275 N.Y. 583; 263 App. Div. 514; 264 App. Div. 745. More than ten years have now elapsed since the employee came to his death and more than six years ago his widow died without having received the death benefits to which she was entitled. The present appeal is from an award which was made in compliance with the decision of this court, and the questions raised are not open here. Award affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board and printing disbursements to the attorney for the claimant-respondent. All concur.
