Appeal from an award based on the finding that claimant sustained an accidental injury. Claimant was employed as a rag picker, and sustained a heart attack during the course of his employment. On the day of the occurrence an official of his employer fell through an opening in an upper floor to the floor below. Claimant rushed downstairs to his assistance and aided in lifting him into an ambulance. Shortly thereafter claimant collapsed and suffered, according to medical testimony, from a heart attack in the nature of a coronary thrombosis. The State Industrial Board has found that claimant sustained an accidental injury. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board.
