Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, upon the authority of Matter of Sandford ( 277 N.Y. 323, 332. Cf. Hassett v. Welsh, 303 U.S. 303). All concur. (The order reduces the amount of the estate tax on decedent's estate.)
