Appeal from order granting respondent's motion to compel defendants to reinstate him to the position of Deputy County Assessor and for certain other relief in respect of salary payments for the period from the date of his removal from that position to the date of his reinstatement. Order unanimously affirmed, with fifty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
