Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board. The court applies subdivision 6-a of section 15 Work. Comp. of the Workmen's Compensation Law, as amended by chapter 384 of the Laws of 1933. (See Robinson v. Robins Dry Dock Repair Co., 238 N.Y. 271, 281.)
