With respect to the judgment, denominated an order, dismissing the proceeding, appellant is not an aggrieved party within the meaning of CPLR 5511; and no appeal lies from a "decision" or "opinion" as distinguished from the judgment-order in the proceeding (see CPLR 5512, subd. [a]; People ex rel. Degbrina v. Fay, 13 N.Y.2d 901, 902).
