Motion for leave to appeal to this court, or, in the alternative, for a ruling that the order of the Family Court of the State of New York is an order of disposition within the meaning of section 1012 FCT of the Family Court Act dismissed on the ground that the order entered on June 13, 1966 is an order of disposition from which an appeal may be taken as of right (Family Ct. Act, § 1012).
