DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

This matter having been presented on application of counsel for respondent DAVID A. NIMMO, JR., for an indefinite adjournment of a scheduled hearing on an order to show cause why respondent's temporary suspension and the restraints against respondent should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him and counsel having no objection to a continuance of the suspension as a condition to the adjournment, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for January 19, 1988, is adjourned and the restraints and temporary suspension of DAVID A. NIMMO, JR., imposed by order of this Court dated January 4, 1988, are continued pending the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension and that he continue to comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
