April 8, 1952.

Present — Dore, J.P., Cohn, Callahan, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ.;


Order granting motion for a stay modified so as to permit respondent-appellant Benjamin Leibel to institute dissolution proceedings, and thereafter to grant stay of such dissolution proceedings pending arbitration on condition, however, that Lawrence Myers shall be required to furnish a surety company bond in the sum of $15,000 and, as so modified, affirmed. Settle order on notice.
