Concur: Chief Judge DESMOND and Judges DYE, FULD, FROESSEL, BURKE and FOSTER. Judge VAN VOORHIS dissents and votes to reverse and to dismiss the claim upon the ground that claimant was not shown to have suffered from an occupational disease.
