Matter of Mancini v. Mancini

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Dec 22, 1997
245 A.D.2d 518 (N.Y. App. Div. 1997)

Opinion

December 22, 1997

Appeal from the Family Court, Westchester County (Shapiro, J.).

Ordered that the orders are affirmed, with one bill of costs.

The court did not err in awarding the mother attorney's fees, and it did not improvidently exercise its discretion in imposing sanctions against the appellant ( see, 22 NYCRR 130-1.2; McMurray v. McMurray, 157 A.D.2d 773).

The appellant's remaining contentions are without merit.

Ritter, J. P., Sullivan, Goldstein and Lerner, JJ., concur.
