Matter of King v. Cohen

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Sep 22, 1944
268 App. Div. 834 (N.Y. App. Div. 1944)

Opinion

September 22, 1944.

Present — Close, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Lewis, JJ.

Motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals denied. [See ante, p. 834.] The issues involved are academic inasmuch as many thousands of war ballots have been forwarded to soldier voters and time will not permit the printing and forwarding of new ballots, which must be uniform for the entire electorate.
