CONSIDERATION, by the Court of Appeals, on its own motion pursuant to N Y Constitution, article VI, § 22 (e), (g) and Judiciary Law § 44 (8) (a), (c) of whether Honorable Roger W. Gloss should be suspended from his office of Justice of the Sheridan Town Court, Chautauqua County, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

On the Court's own motion, it is determined that Honorable Roger W. Gloss is suspended with pay, effective immediately, from his office of Justice of the Sheridan Town Court, Chautauqua County, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

Concur: Chief Judge KAYE and Judges SIMONS, TITONE, HANCOCK, JR., BELLACOSA and SMITH.
