Order entered on April 4, 1960, in proceeding brought under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act directing reclassification of petitioner, unanimously reversed, on the law, petition dismissed, and the determination of the Civil Service Commission reinstated, without costs. The action of the agency is supported by the record, albeit there was presented a difficult administrative question for decision.

Concur — Botein, P.J., Breitel, McNally, Eager and Bastow, JJ. [ 22 Misc.2d 743.]
