In a proceeding to annul a determination made by respondents, disciplining the petitioner on charges of drinking beer while on duty, the proceeding has been transferred to this court. (Civ. Prac. Act, § 1296.) The recommendation of the hearing commissioner sustaining the charges was unanimously adopted by the respondents. Determination unanimously confirmed, without costs. No opinion.
