Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Conway, J.), entered June 17, 1980 in Albany County, which denied petitioner's application for leave to serve a late notice of claim.
Order affirmed, without costs (see Matter of Ford v Town of Guilderland, 85 A.D.2d 868).
