Upon reargument, following remand by the United States Supreme Court, order reversed, without costs, orders of adoption vacated, and matters remitted to the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, for further consideration not inconsistent with the opinion of the Supreme Court (Caban v Mohammed, 441 U.S. ___, 47 USLW 4462).
