Order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, denying an application to fix and determine the compensation of an attorney upon the ground that the court was without jurisdiction over the persons of the trustees and life beneficiary, affirmed; with one bill of ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ., concur.
