In a proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act, to compel the removal of concrete shoulders passing through the center of Conduit Boulevard so as to permit Crescent Street to cross said boulevard, the appeal is from an order granting respondents' cross motion to dismiss the petition. Order unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
