DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

CHARLES S. ADUBATO of VINELAND, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1980, having pleaded guilty to an Accusation charging him with attempting to obtain possession of a controlled dangerous substance by fraud, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to R. 1:20-6(a)(1), CHARLES S. ADUBATO is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final resolution of the ethics complaint pending against him, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that CHARLES S. ADUBATO be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that CHARLES S. ADUBATO comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
