Appeal, No. 478, Jan. T., 1961, from decree of Orphans' Court of Lancaster County, No. 1056 of 1959, in re estate of Norman R. Martin, deceased. Decree affirmed.

Petition sur appeal from probate of writing by register of wills by beneficiaries claiming that later writing was a will. Before BOWMAN, P. J.

Opinion filed dismissing appeal and decree entered.

Decree affirmed. Costs on estate.
