OPINION AND ORDER

I have received the Report and Recommendation on the instant case dated March 12, 2002 from the Honorable Cheryl L. Pollak, United States Magistrate Judge. No objection has been made to Magistrate Judge Pollak's report. Having conducted a de novo review of the record, I hereby adopt the Report and Recommendation as the opinion of the Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1). Accordingly, defendant's request for a trial de novo is denied, and plaintiffs' request to file a supplemental fee application is granted. Any supplemental application from plaintiffs must be filed by April 12, 2002. If defendant chooses to object, it must do so by April 26, 2002.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly.
