ORDER
PER CURIAM.
Pending before the Court is the Appellant's motion to reconsider ruling on motion to expand word limit which this Court has construed as a motion extension for time for the Appellants brief. The Court GRANTS the Appellant's third motion for extension of time within which to file the brief until June 30, 2023. NO FURTHER MOTIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE APPELLANT'S BRIEF WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS COURT.
Further, the Court has this day GRANTED the Appellant's brief to expand the word limit to 18,000 words.
It is further ORDERED that the Todd Morten, the Appellant's attorney, prepare the Appellant's brief and forward the same to this Court on or before June 30, 2023.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
