ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On October 2, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision, requesting that the Court enter a Decision in this case reflecting that petitioner owes no deficiency in tax and no penalty under Internal Revenue Code §6662(a) with respect to petitioner's 2021 tax year.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 27, 2023, petitioner shall show cause in writing why the Court should not grant respondent's above-referenced motion and enter a Decision for the amount and the year set forth in respondent's motion.
