Andina, Inc., 63 So.3d 908 (Fla. 1st DCA 2011) (rejecting argument that non-final order granting summary judgment on claims seeking injunctive relief effectively granted injunction); Gleicher v. Claims Verification Inc., 908 So.2d 560, 562–63 (Fla. 4th DCA 2005) (noting orders that defer ruling on injunctive relief are generally not immediately reviewable as granting or denying an injunction); Naghtin v. Jones, 680 So.2d 573, 577 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996).
