On February 3, 2023, the petition was filed to commence this whistleblower case under Internal Revenue Code section 7623. The petition was served on respondent on February 7, 2023. On April 6, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103. Respondent's Answer to the petition was due April 10, 2023. No Answer has been filed yet by respondent.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the Court will hold respondent's above-referenced motion pending the filing of respondent's Answer to the petition.
