Before the Court is court reporter Robyn M. Rodriguez's August 11, 2023 third request for an extension of time. We GRANT the request and ORDER the reporter's record filed on or before SEPTEMBER 8, 2023. We caution Ms. Rodriguez that if the reporter's record is not filed by SEPTEMBER 8, 2023, absent extraordinary circumstances, the Court will use whatever remedies it has available, which include ordering that Ms. Rodriguez not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.
