Leave to Appeal Granted March 17, 2000:

The parties are to brief the applicability of Singerman v Municipal Services Bureau, Inc, 455 Mich. 135 (1997). It is further directed that the complete deposition which was taken of the plaintiff on December 5, 1995, be filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court at least 30 days before the case is set for argument.

We further ORDER that this case be argued and submitted to the Court together with the case of Woodbury v. Bruckner (Docket No. 113709), at such future session of the Court as both cases are ready for submission.
