JUDGMENT
TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:
Pursuant to the Order filed concurrently herewith, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that summary judgment is entered in favor of Defendants. Plaintiff's first cause of action for violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Plaintiff's second cause of action for violation of the California Unruh Civil Rights Act is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to Plaintiff bringing those claims in state court. The Court orders that such judgment be entered.
