Appeal from the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County (MELVIN, J.).

Suit by Mary Lorea against Samuel Lorea for a divorce a mensa et thoro, on the ground of abandonment. From an adverse decree, plaintiff appeals.

Affirmed.

The cause was argued before SLOAN, DELAPLAINE, COLLINS, MARBURY, and GRASON, JJ.

Decree affirmed, with costs on the defendant.
