ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Winston-Salem, North Carolina trial session, which is scheduled to begin May 30, 2023. On April 27, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance (index #8) asking the Court to remove this case from the above referenced calendar and return it to the general docket in order to allow more time for the parties to work towards resolution. However, in his Motion, respondent indicated that petitioner's views on granting the Motion were unknown.

Upon due consideration it is hereby

ORDERED that on or before May 12, 2023, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Continuance filed April 27, 2023, indicating, in writing, any objection they may have to the granting of respondent's Motion for Continuance by the Court.
