Opinion

No. 83-C-0354.

March 25, 1983.

On Application for Writ of Certiorari to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson.

GRANTED. The judgment of the court of appeal is set aside. The decision of the court of appeal did not state any record facts in support of its legal conclusions, and the facts asserted in relator's application appear to warrant the opposite conclusion. The case is remanded to the court of appeal to make findings of fact supporting the judgment.
