Appeal from Superior Court, Placer County; J.E. Prewett, Judge.

Action of eminent domain by the Lincoln Northern Railway Company against Elizabeth Clark and others. From a judgment of dismissal of the action on motion of plaintiff, defendants appeal. Affirmed.

OPINION

PER CURIAM.

This is an action of eminent domain in which the state of facts, so far as the questions involved are concerned, are the same as in the case of Lincoln Northern Railway Company v. Mattie M. Wiswell (No. 465) 97 P. 536, this day decided.

Upon the authority of the decision in that case, the judgment dismissing the action is affirmed.
