The note and mortgage in this case being identical with the note and mortgage in La. App.., 127 So.2d 44, except for the amount, for the reasons assigned this day in said latter numbered case, the rule is made absolute and the District Judge of the Nineteenth Judicial District Court is ordered and directed to issue a preliminary injunction arresting the order of seizure and sale.
