The defendant Lucas Point Association, Inc.'s petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 57 Conn. App. 712 (AC 18628), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude, in effect, that the plaintiff was entitled as a matter of law to an injunction enjoining the defendant Lucas Point Association, Inc., from limiting the use of the easement that it had granted to the defendant town of Greenwich to residents of the town?"

The Supreme Court docket number is SC 16357.
