This is a companion case to the suit entitled Carter, Jr. v. Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company, La. App., 135 So.2d 316, decided today.

The pertinent facts in the instant case are similar to those in the Carter case, supra.

For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment below is affirmed.

Affirmed.
