PER CURIAM.

The petition for belated appeal of the petitioner's judgment and sentence is granted, based upon the failure of the trial court to advise the petitioner of his right to appeal. A copy of this opinion shall be filed with the trial court and be treated as the notice of appeal from the judgment and sentence in Case No.2010–CF–1164–A, in the Circuit Court in and for Citrus County, Florida. SeeFla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(6)(D).

PETITION GRANTED.
