This case was on the Court's April 9, 2024 trial calendar for Buffalo, New York. It was continued because all agreed that this case should go onto a long-term status-report track.

Petitioners recently reported that the status of the case remains unchanged, and requests without objection from respondent that this case remain on the long-term status report track. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before March 17, 2025 and every 90 days thereafter the parties file a joint status report describing any progress in settling this case or developments in any parallel litigation.
