This suit, brought by Grady Lee Leonard and Alice Mae Coleman Leonard, is a companion suit to No. 1392, Coleman v. Mason, La. App., 174 So.2d 655, decided this date. For the reasons stated therein the judgment of the district court is affirmed. Plaintiffs shall bear the costs of appeal.

Affirmed.
